Location: 100% remote or Warsaw
Salary: 14 000 - 22 000 PLN gross
Start: Immediately

Role Description:

As a PHP Developer, you will:

  • Develop and maintain a cutting-edge FinTech platform for currency exchange, payments, and banking services for companies.
  • Work on a distributed platform architecture that includes multiple websites and libraries.

Tech Stack:

  • Languages/Frameworks: PHP, Symfony, PHPUnit, Behat
  • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • APIs and Messaging: REST API, RabbitMQ, SQS
  • Cloud/CI/CD Tools: AWS, GitHub, Jenkins, Kubernetes, CodeCov, CS Fixer, PHPStan

Development Methodologies:

  • EventSourcing, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Command Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS), Test-Driven Development (TDD)

Work Methodology:

  • Scrum, Kanban, Event Storming, Code Reviews, Pair Programming

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven PHP development experience (preferably with Symfony).
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and NoSQL practices.
  • Experience with integration and unit testing.
  • Familiarity with DDD, CQRS, and EventSourcing.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Commercial experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
  • Previous experience in FinTech, financial, or banking sectors.

Recruitment Process:

  1. Screening with a recruiter (10–15 minutes).
  2. Online interview with HR and technical questions (50–60 minutes).
  3. Assessment (1–2 days).
