E-Learning Expert with German (SAP Enable Now)

We are looking for an experienced E-Learning Expert with German to join an international project and support the design and delivery of modern digital learning solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences, developing high-quality training content, and supporting learning initiatives using modern e-learning technologies, including SAP Enable Now.

Your responsibilities

• Design and develop digital learning solutions
• Create engaging online learning content, training materials, and user documentation
• Develop interactive learning experiences using modern e-learning tools
• Ensure the quality and effectiveness of learning programs
• Coordinate and support e-learning initiatives
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users
• Maintain and improve learning methodologies and documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business experts, and subject matter experts to deliver effective learning solutions

Requirements

• Solid experience in e-learning, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Experience with SAP Enable Now
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing online learning content
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
• Experience facilitating workshops and training sessions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• German language skills at minimum B2 level

Nice to have

• Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience in project coordination or project management
• Master's degree in Communication, Business, IT, Education, or a related field

Work model

• Hybrid - up to 2 days per month onsite (depending on your location)
