We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join a rapidly growing product area focused on internal tools for Graphic Designers and Virtual Decoration Specialists. The product is primarily internal-facing and aims to optimize workflows, improve design processes, and continuously rethink user journeys through technology.

Responsibilities
- Deliver complete end-to-end product improvements across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers
- Collaborate closely with team members to drive sound technical decisions and solution design
- Participate in engineering and architecture discussions, contributing to scalable and maintainable solutions
- Engage in pair programming sessions and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Develop strong understanding of customer needs and actively contribute to domain knowledge growth
- Use AI assistants and modern engineering tools to improve productivity and delivery efficiency
- Take ownership of production environments, troubleshooting issues and ensuring platform reliability
Requirements
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with React (React 18 required, React 19 preferred)
- Solid experience with TypeScript
- Good practical knowledge of Python
- Good experience with C# / .NET
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably AWS CDK (Python) or equivalent tools such as Terraform / CloudFormation
- Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud services and ability to manage production infrastructure
- Experience in DevOps / SRE practices including monitoring, alerting, incident management, and reliability engineering
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Docker multi-stage builds, GitHub Actions, and automated testing pipelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions
Nice to Have
- Experience working within a Product Trio model (Product Manager, Designer, Lead Engineer)
- Interest or experience in building software with agentic / AI-driven systems
- Experience developing plugins for Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Substance Painter
- Understanding of the 3D domain and related workflows
