We are looking for an experienced Fullstack .NET Angular Developer to join a project focused on replacing the existing POSEOR application, currently based on Access 97, with a modern web-based solution.

The main objective of the project is to develop a new application and migrate existing reporting functionality to data provided by the Central Warning Database. The new solution will serve as the target source for warning-related data, including ad-hoc, permanent and one-time warnings. It will also provide full data archiving and integration with cooperating systems, including EDR/SERWO2 and other required systems.

The project covers the analysis of existing POSEOR reports, definition of their equivalents in the new solution, preparation of requirements, and implementation of reports based on the new data source.

Responsibilities

As a Fullstack .NET Angular Developer, you will be responsible for:

• designing and developing a modern web application using .NET and Angular,
• developing backend services, business logic and REST APIs,
• designing and developing relational databases using MS SQL Server,
• integrating the application with external systems and services,
• implementing application security mechanisms,
• preparing and configuring development and test environments,
• analyzing existing POSEOR reports and translating them into the new solution,
• developing new reports based on data from the Central Warning Database,
• developing responsive and user-friendly interfaces,
• performing internal functional and integration testing,
• supporting business acceptance and testing activities,
• preparing technical and project documentation,
• working with Git and Git Flow,
• supporting CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps,
• collaborating with developers, testers, business stakeholders and other project participants.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

• at least 5 years of professional experience as a backend .NET and frontend Angular developer,
• strong knowledge of .NET / .NET 10,
• good knowledge of MS SQL Server and SQL,
• practical experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs,
• solid knowledge of Angular, TypeScript and JavaScript,
• good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3,
• experience in developing responsive layouts and understanding of UX/UI principles,
• experience with Git and Git Flow and working with team-based repositories,
• knowledge of CI/CD, particularly Azure DevOps,
• experience with Jira,
• ability to work effectively in a team and prepare technical documentation.

Nice to have

• experience with RabbitMQ,
• knowledge of Azure Service Bus,
• experience with Apache Kafka,
• experience integrating applications with external systems,
• experience working on modernization or replacement of legacy applications.
