Role Overview

As a Java Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, efficient, and reusable code that enhances user experience.
• Ensure the application meets performance, scalability, security, and maintainability standards.
• Participate in code reviews to identify architectural, performance, and security improvements.
• Support code organization, maintain quality, and help automate development pipelines.
• Follow established design patterns and coding standards, while benefiting from team mentorship.
• Troubleshoot and debug backend and interface software.
• Contribute to front-end architecture to ensure cohesive user interface implementations.
• Document technical changes and support ongoing system updates.

What You Bring?

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong programming experience in Java, with proficiency in Hibernate and Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with JavaScript (any framework or flavor is a plus).
• Experience building cloud-based applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP using microservices architecture.
• A solid understanding of Scrum and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
