We are looking for a Mid DevOps/Backend Engineer to join a project in the gaming industry. Responsibilities:
- API & Microservices: Designing RESTful APIs and microservices based on AWS Lambda, while maintaining strict domain boundaries
- Event Processing: Developing Kafka consumers, ensuring data consistency, and implementing event replay mechanisms
- Data Modeling: Designing DynamoDB data models optimized for specific access patterns
- Security & Monitoring: Implementing IAM policies, managing secrets, and handling monitoring (tracing/logging)
Requirements:
- Commercial experience in backend development (Go)
- Deep understanding of Event-Driven Architecture patterns and eventual consistency
- Experience in database query optimization and system design
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level (working in an international environment)
Nice to have:
- Experience in startups or building MVP products
- Passion for TTRPG (Tabletop Role-Playing Games)
