We are looking for an Operations & Vendor Management Coordinator to support vendor governance, contract administration, software licensing, and budget coordination in a dynamic global environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate relationships with external vendors and technology partners
- Oversee contract lifecycle activities, including renewals, amendments, extensions, and contract tracking
- Support procurement processes for software, technology services, and other operational needs
- Coordinate software licensing activities and monitor license utilization and compliance
- Track operational budgets, monitor spending, and support cost management initiatives
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Legal, IT, and Research functions
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and procurement policies
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reporting related to contracts, vendors, and budgets
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and increase efficiency
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in Procurement, Vendor Management, Contract Administration, Operations Coordination, or a related field
- Proven experience managing contract lifecycle activities, including renewals, amendments, extensions, and tracking
- Experience working with software vendors, software licensing, or technology procurement
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills within a global organization
- Experience with budget tracking, financial reporting, and cost management
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
Must have:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or R&D sector
- Exposure to cloud services procurement and software spend management
- Experience working in governance- and compliance-driven environments
- Familiarity with vendor governance frameworks and procurement best practices
