Project Manager - CRM/ERP

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join an international team delivering business and IT transformation initiatives focused on CRM and ERP systems.

In this role, you will lead complex transformation projects, including enterprise CRM/ERP implementations, business process optimization, regulatory initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external implementation partners across multiple international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business and IT transformation projects in an international environment
• Manage CRM, ERP, and other enterprise system implementation projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, IT departments, and external vendors
• Analyze business processes and translate business requirements into technology-driven solutions
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budget, and stakeholder communication
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Change Management activities
• Ensure effective project governance, reporting, and delivery according to agreed objectives
• Drive collaboration across international teams to ensure successful project execution

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Project Manager delivering business or IT projects
• Proven experience leading CRM, ERP, or other Enterprise system implementation projects
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience in business process analysis and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with international teams and external implementation partners
• Fluent English (C1) and Polish (C1)

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Knowledge of Change Management practices
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Experience in business process transformation and project governance
