The platform enhances cross-department collaboration, reduces reliance on manual reporting, emails, and meetings, and provides greater visibility into production-related activities.
The project currently includes the deployment of MARC at a manufacturing site in Mannheim, as well as system enhancements required to align multiple manufacturing locations with an ongoing global ERP standardization initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Design, maintain, and execute manual and/or automated test plans for the MARC product
- Review software specifications and business requirements to understand new features and system changes
- Create and execute test cases to validate software functionality
- Develop end-user test scenarios to identify functional, usability, and edge-case issues
- Document test results and report defects to the development team
- Build and maintain regression test suites to support release activities
- Perform post-release and post-implementation testing when required
- Participate in team meetings and Agile ceremonies
- Support troubleshooting and issue investigation activities
- Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Requirements:
- 5 years in Quality Assurance testing
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing
- Proven experience creating and executing test plans and test cases
- Experience with Jira, SQL, and test management tools
- Basic knowledge of programming languages
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking mindset
Nice to have:
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment
- German language skills (written and spoken)
Our offer:
- Engagement: 0.5 FTE (approximately 20 hours per week)
- Work model: Fully remote
- Recruitment process: One interview technical verification
- Equipment: Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)
- Access to sport and health packages
