SAP FICO Senior

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant specialized in Intercompany Processes and Operational Transfer Pricing to support global finance operations and ensure compliance with international tax and accounting standards. The consultant will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and supporting SAP FI/CO intercompany processes related to non-sales transactions such as cost allocations, shared services, royalties, and management fees. The role also includes designing and maintaining operational transfer pricing models within SAP to ensure arm's-length compliance and transparent financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Controlling teams to streamline intercompany settlements, improve automation, and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP FI/CO intercompany processes for non-sales transactions
• Design and maintain operational transfer pricing models within SAP
• Ensure accurate postings, reconciliations, and eliminations of intercompany transactions
• Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, and Controlling teams to align transfer pricing rules with business policies
• Support automation and standardization of intercompany settlements and adjustments
• Provide functional guidance during month-end and year-end closing processes
• Monitor regulatory and tax changes impacting transfer pricing and ensure SAP compliance
• Analyze and optimize cross-company financial processes to improve efficiency and transparency

Requirements:

• Strong experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with focus on Intercompany Accounting and Transfer Pricing
• Hands-on expertise in SAP FI/CO configuration and support
• Experience with operational transfer pricing processes and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of cross-company postings, allocations, reconciliations, and eliminations
• Understanding of financial closing processes and intercompany settlements
• Ability to collaborate effectively with finance and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in an international environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Knowledge of tax regulations related to transfer pricing
• Experience in global or multi-entity organizations
• Familiarity with automation and process optimization initiatives
