We have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients specializing in SAP solutions. We are currently looking for a talented SAP Support Specialist to join a dynamic international environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality support services. This role offers the chance to work closely with business users and technical teams, ensuring smooth system operations and continuous improvement of SAP processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintenance of the SAP environment
  • User, role, and authorization management
  • Cooperation with SAP hosting and EDI providers
  • Operation and monitoring of SAP jobs and processes
  • Configuration of selected processes and system settings
  • Analysis and resolution of system issues
  • Testing and implementation of changes in SAP
  • Management of transports between DEV / QUAL / PROD environments
  • Support for business users and coordination of service requests

Requirements:

  • Experience working with SAP systems in the area of application support or administration
  • Knowledge of user management, transport management, and basic SAP configuration and EDI processes
  • English proficiency at C1 level

Nice to have:

  • German proficiency at B1/B2 level
