Are you a proactive Scrum Master who thrives in fast-paced agile environments and loves empowering teams to succeed? At Square One, we are currently seeking Scrum Masters to join a variety of international software development projects across industries and clients.
Role Overview
As a Scrum Master, you’ll play a key role in driving agile excellence and team productivity. You'll facilitate agile ceremonies, resolve roadblocks, and act as a bridge between development teams and stakeholders—ensuring smooth, goal-driven delivery.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Scrum process and ensuring adherence to agile principles
- Supporting development teams in meeting sprint and project objectives
- Monitoring progress, managing risks, blockers, and dependencies
- Facilitating communication, resolving team conflicts, and improving collaboration
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams for aligned delivery
What You Bring?
We’re looking for Scrum Masters who are both facilitators and enablers, bringing out the best in their teams:
- 2+ years of experience in the role of Scrum Master
- Proven background in working with software development teams
- Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks
- Ability to solve problems, manage team dynamics, and handle uncertainty
- Excellent English communication skills (minimum B2 level)
