Position: Senior AI Engineer - GenAI & Legacy Modernization
Location: 100% remote
Salary: 150-185 PLN/h netto VAT
Start: As soon ass possible/negotiable
Contract: B2B, full-time, 9-12 months

We have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients operating in the financial services sector. We are looking for a talented AI Engineer with strong Generative AI and LLM experience to join a large-scale modernization program focused on transforming complex enterprise and legacy systems.

The program combines Generative AI, legacy and mainframe modernization, cloud transformation, data migration, and modern software architecture.

Tasks

• Design and implement GenAI/LLM solutions supporting legacy and enterprise system modernization.

• Develop RAG-based applications and AI agents using Python and LangChain/LlamaIndex.

• Build AI-assisted code analysis, reverse engineering and business rule extraction solutions.

• Develop source-to-target conversion accelerators and automated test generation frameworks.

• Design LLM/GenAI architectures using OpenAI models, Azure AI Services and vector databases.

Requirements

• Strong experience as an AI Engineer, GenAI Engineer, LLM Engineer or similar.

• Hands-on experience with Python, LLMs, RAG and Prompt Engineering.

• Experience with LangChain/LlamaIndex, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services.

• Experience with legacy system modernization, code analysis or software transformation.

• Knowledge of LLM architecture, vector databases and enterprise AI solutions.
