We are looking for an IT Engineer with experience in Payroll, Time & Benefits, Time Management, Stock, Global Mobility and/or Pensions systems to join an international project.

This is a broad, technology-agnostic role. The position will not be dedicated to one specific technology.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of HR-related systems and processes, who can quickly learn new technologies and solutions, assess whether new business requirements can be implemented within the existing ecosystem, and support the teams in resolving system issues and bugs.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements and assess their feasibility within the existing IT ecosystem
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors
• Analyse and troubleshoot system issues and support bug resolution
• Evaluate whether new requirements can be implemented using existing systems and solutions
• Support integrations and cooperation between different HR systems
• Work with processes and systems related to Payroll, Time Management, Benefits, Stock, Global Mobility and Pensions
• Quickly understand and adapt to new technologies and systems as the Roche landscape evolves
• Support system changes, improvements and implementation initiatives
• Collaborate with external vendors and technology providers

Requirements:

• Professional experience working with Payroll, Time Management, Benefits, Stock, Global Mobility and/or Pensions systems
• Good understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions
• Experience in requirements analysis, troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Ability to quickly understand new technologies, applications and system environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and assess the feasibility of proposed solutions
• Experience working with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors
• Good command of English and confidence working in an international environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP / SAP Payroll
• Experience working with Payroll or HR technology vendors
• Knowledge of solutions such as Strada, Ramco or similar platforms
• Experience working in an international / global environment
• Understanding of integrations between HR systems
