Senior Fullstack Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to join a team developing complex API-driven web applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a product-oriented environment, enjoys architectural thinking, and wants to have a real impact on the evolution of a long-term software solution.

About the role:

You will join a team building and enhancing modern, complex systems where architecture, reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability are critical. Our technology stack is based on JavaScript/TypeScript, with Node.js on the backend and React.js and Vue.js on the frontend. AI is an integral part of our software development process. We actively use tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT for coding, solution design, refactoring, and problem-solving. AI-assisted development is a mandatory part of this role and a natural element of the daily workflow. This is a product-focused project, with solutions actively used in production on a daily basis. You will work within a small, highly specialized team, providing significant influence over both the product direction and technology stack.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and evolve production-grade backend and frontend systems.
• Build, extend, and maintain robust APIs, including integrations with external services as well as internal and public-facing interfaces.
• Use AI-powered development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) as part of the daily engineering workflow.
• Implement new features using Node.js on the backend and React.js/Vue.js on the frontend.
• Make architectural decisions with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and system reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code designed for long-term product development.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product stakeholders in an onsite working environment.
• Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code to ensure correctness, security, and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards, including Clean Code principles, design patterns, and testing practices.

Requirements:

• Proven senior-level or higher experience in software engineering.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Node.js in production environments.
• Practical experience working with both React.js and Vue.js.
• Experience designing and integrating API-based systems, including security and versioning considerations.
• Confidence using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and system design principles.
• Strong commitment to code quality, readability, and maintainability.
• Ability to work comfortably in an English-speaking environment (technical communication and documentation).

Nice to have:

• Experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or production environment operations.
• Experience working with high-traffic or business-critical systems.
• Background in designing and maintaining long-term product platforms rather than short-term project implementations.
