Senior Fullstack .NET Engineer (C# / React / Azure)

We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer who is comfortable working across both modern .NET backend solutions and React-based frontend applications.

You will join a team developing a strategic digital platform that supports taxi licensing processes across Ireland. The system is used by local government authorities to manage the entire licensing lifecycle, from taxi company registration and driver and vehicle management to regulatory compliance, oversight, and data administration.

Requirements: 

• Commercial experience in .NET software developmen
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET 8/9
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining applications using ASP.NET Core and REST APIs
• Solid knowledge of EF Core and relational databases (SQL Server / Azure SQL)
• Experience with React and TypeScript
• Practical experience working with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure SQL, Key Vault, and Application Insights
• Good understanding of software architecture principles, particularly Clean Architecture and CQRS
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an international environment
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure Service Bus and event-driven architectures
• Knowledge of DDD, MediatR, Saga, and Outbox patterns
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as OpenTelemetry, Serilog, and Application Insights
• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Understanding of application security best practices, including OAuth2, OIDC, and OWASP standards
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Azure OpenAI
