Senior Go Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Go Developer to join a project for a large international client. We need a self-driven specialist who is highly proficient in Go and comfortable working independently, while also collaborating with other experienced engineers. You will work in a Team Augmentation model, with the possibility of evolving into a full product development team.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, proposing technical solutions, and communicating directly with business stakeholders and clients. Initially, you will join a smaller-scale initiative focused on supporting and improving an existing application to help the client deliver new business partnerships faster.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend solutions using Go
• Analyze existing systems and suggest improvements
• Design and implement scalable, reliable services
• Collaborate with the client's technical and business teams
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Participate in architectural and technical discussions
• Take ownership of assigned areas and deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience as a Go Developer
• Experience delivering multiple production-level projects
• Ability to work independently and make technical decisions
• Solid knowledge of:
  • GCP
  • Terraform
  • MySQL
  • Redis
  • GraphQL
  • Docker
• Experience working with cloud-based and distributed systems
• Good understanding of software architecture and best practices
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong business awareness and client-facing skills
• Excellent Polish language skills
• English at minimum strong B2 level (used for communication with an international client)

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with external clients
• Experience in consulting or team augmentation environments
• Ability to act as a technical advisor and recommend solutions
