Senior Platform Engineer / Implementation Lead

Project Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Platform Engineer / Implementation Lead to help build and evolve modern digital platform capabilities with a strong focus on Kubernetes, GitOps, automation, and operational excellence.

This role requires a hands-on senior engineer who can operate across infrastructure, platform engineering, and delivery domains while contributing to technical standards, platform architecture, and engineering best practices. The ideal candidate is pragmatic, delivery-oriented, and comfortable navigating complex and ambiguous environments while maintaining a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate modern cloud-native platform solutions
• Build and maintain Kubernetes-based production environments
• Drive GitOps adoption and platform automation initiatives
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and platform provisioning practices
• Enhance observability, monitoring, and operational excellence capabilities
• Collaborate across infrastructure and application delivery teams
• Define and promote engineering standards, best practices, and operational guardrails
• Troubleshoot complex platform and infrastructure issues
• Balance delivery speed with platform stability, security, and maintainability

• Cloud networking and ingress management
• Linux administration and container ecosystems
• Observability and monitoring solutions
• Helm
• ArgoCD and/or FluxCD
• Terraform
• RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
• TLS and certificate management
• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
