Senior Rust Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Rust Developer to join the team responsible for developing and maintaining a high-performance transaction system operating within the capital markets environment.

In this role, you will design and implement new functionalities, improve existing solutions, and contribute to building a reliable, scalable, and low-latency trading platform. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, testers, and business stakeholders to deliver mission-critical software.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new features for a high-performance transaction system using Rust
• Enhance and optimize existing system components
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into robust software solutions
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to code quality and system architecture
• Optimize code for performance, memory usage, and computational efficiency
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Contribute to test automation and continuous improvement of testing processes
• Monitor code quality and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA engineers to deliver reliable software

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience
• Minimum 2-3 years of commercial experience with Rust
• Strong understanding of distributed systems
• Experience with systems programming and functional programming concepts
• Good knowledge of network communication protocols
• Experience working with Docker and Linux
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and design efficient solutions
• Experience optimizing software for performance and resource efficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Communicative level of English

Nice to have:

• Experience working in financial services, fintech, or capital markets
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Experience with code quality and static analysis tools
• Familiarity with technical documentation standards
