We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join a project delivered for an international client. The client specializes in digital transformation solutions and enterprise-grade systems for large organizations across industries such as finance, energy, telecommunications, and the public sector. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, large-scale IT environments and contribute to high-impact technology initiatives.
The QA team is responsible for end-to-end quality assurance of advanced IT systems: from requirements analysis and test design, through automation development, up to production support. Responsibilities:
- Analyzing system requirements from a testability perspective
- Collaborating with the client and project teams to define test automation scope and approach
- Designing, creating, and maintaining automated tests in Tosca
- Analyzing test results and reporting progress
- Supporting and coordinating small teams of technical testers
- Ensuring high quality of delivered software across the SDLC
Requirements:
- Strong experience in test automation (enterprise systems)
- Very good knowledge of Tosca Test Automation
- Very good knowledge of C#
- Experience in defining test automation approaches
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile methodologies)
- Very good command of English (daily communication in an international environment)
- Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
- Independence and proactive attitude
Nice to have:
- Experience in performance testing (e.g. JMeter or similar tools)
- Experience in CRM testing (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Good knowledge of SQL
- ISTQB certification
- Experience with DevOps / CI/CD environments
- Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes
- Experience working in international projects
- Familiarity with operating systems concepts
