Smart Building Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale Smart Building & Digital Systems program. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day delivery of technology workstreams, ensuring seamless collaboration between clients, contractors, consultants, and technology vendors throughout the entire project lifecycle.

You will play a key role in driving project execution from design and procurement through implementation, testing and commissioning, and operational handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day coordination of technology workstreams across multiple project teams
• Manage interfaces between technology vendors, construction teams, consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items to ensure successful delivery
• Facilitate technical coordination meetings and proactively drive the resolution of project challenges
• Coordinate activities across design, procurement, implementation, testing & commissioning, system integration, and project handover
• Support project governance, reporting, and operational readiness activities
• Ensure effective communication and alignment between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to the successful delivery of integrated Smart Building technology solutions

Requirements

• 8-12 years managing complex technology projects
• Proven experience delivering Smart Building, Digital Infrastructure, or Intelligent Building projects
• Strong understanding of technologies such as:
  • ICT
  • ELV
  • Audio Visual (AV)
  • Security Systems
  • Access Control
  • Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Internet of Things (IoT)
  • Smart Workplace solutions or other Smart Building technologies
• Experience managing multiple technology vendors and coordinating technology delivery within large-scale construction or fit-out projects
• Good understanding of testing & commissioning, systems integration, and operational readiness processes
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and coordination skills
• PMP certification is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary, and international project environment
