Position: Supply Chain Consultant
Location: Warsaw/Poznan
Salary: 10-12k brutto/msc

We have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients, a global provider of innovative supply chain planning and optimization solutions. We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Consultant to join their team and develop expertise in OMP planning and scheduling solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Production Management or Economics/Econometrics, combined with an interest in IT and technology.

The role offers a structured 3-month paid onboarding and training program, followed by international projects and opportunities to work directly with global clients.

Tasks

1. Analyze clients' complex supply chain planning and scheduling requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
2. Design prototypes, develop models and optimize supply chain planning solutions using OMP tools.
3. Configure, test and implement planning and scheduling solutions, working closely with project teams and clients.
4. Validate solutions with client teams and provide training and support to users.

Requirements

1. Technical skills: good SQL knowledge and at least basic programming skills in any programming language.
2. English: minimum B2 , with C1 preferred. You will communicate with international clients and colleagues on a daily basis.
3. Strong motivation to develop, learn new technologies and build a career in technical consulting.
4. Willingness to occasionally travel internationally to visit clients.

Nice To Have

1. Experience with supply chain planning systems such as SAP/APO, OMP, Kinaxis or JDA.
2. Knowledge of mathematical modelling or linear programming.
3. Experience with object-oriented programming.
4. Previous consulting, implementation or experience working with enterprise planning solutions.
