Test Lead

We have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients for an experienced Test Lead to join an international team working on complex IT projects.

If you have strong experience in software testing, team leadership, and enjoy collaborating across the full SDLC lifecycle, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate team activities across the full SDLC lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain validated documentation
• Collaborate closely with engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders on application design and testing
• Drive test strategy and test planning

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of professional experience within the relevant technology, application or business domain
• Min. 1 year of professional experience managing/leading test teams
• Experience with ITIL, PM and test management tools
• Knowledge of testing and SDLC activities, as well as MS Office and Google tools used for collaboration

Nice to have:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
