We are looking for experienced Test Manager / Test Coordinator professionals to join an international project and support the testing and quality assurance process.

The role combines test management, coordination, quality control, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Depending on the level of experience, the consultant may take ownership of the overall testing process or focus more on coordinating test execution.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage testing activities within the project
• Create and maintain test strategies, test concepts, and test plans
• Coordinate and monitor test execution
• Allocate testing tasks and coordinate testing resources
• Ensure quality control throughout the testing process
• Identify and manage testing-related risks
• Document test results and prepare test reports
• Monitor testing progress and report status to stakeholders
• Work closely with testers, developers, project managers, and business stakeholders
• Support defect resolution and clarify requirements with relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Test Management, Test Coordination, or Software Testing
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes
• Good knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing activities
• Fluent German - minimum B2 level is mandatory
